Strategic Pricing: Developed a strategic pricing model through thorough cost analysis to ensure competitiveness and profitability in the market.
E-commerce Optimization: Optimized our e-commerce platform for nationwide accessibility within seven days, leveraging targeted marketing and SEO strategies.
Innovative Marketing Campaigns: Orchestrated successful marketing campaigns, including the #MummaApproved initiative and Messenger Marketing campaigns on WhatsApp, which significantly drove brand engagement and consumer interactions.
Brand Engagement: Increased brand engagement and customer satisfaction, leading to a higher Net Promoter Score (NPS) and re-order rate.
